Due to the nature of software – especially the way in which Mimzy is developed and provided to you, time spent preparing for your Patient File, maintaining infrastructure demands, as well as manual fulfillment of any White Gloves service add-on – there are no refunds approved or provided on our services, products, or purchases rendered.

With this in mind, we provide you with a free live demo available upon request prior to purchase, as well as being widely available to you for any pre-sales questions prior to your purchase.

No refunds are provided for our commercial licensing White Label healthcare provider program.

Chargebacks are not tolerated. We will strongly dispute and appeal any and all fraudulent (or invalid) chargeback claims filed against us.
