What is even more neat is how you can use me on your own AND with your healthcare provider if you would like— such as a dietician, fitness coach, or mental health guide.

I work on every device that is compatible with Google Sheets. Oh, guess what..! Since I work with Google’s system, you can even use me offline! So once you get connected back to your favorite Wifi, your updates will be automatically saved. How neat!
