Mimzy's Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled in the Boulder, CO USA area and are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or the USPS to our USA customers ONLY. 

Orders are generally fulfilled and shipped within 2 weeks of order confirmation (Monday – Friday), with the exception of recognized holidays and company outages.

After placing your order, will receive an email requesting a shipping address (unless your address is submitted accurately via order placement).

UPS, FedEx and USPS Ground Shipping typically is delivered within 10 days from shipment confirmation.

Shipping costs are a flat rate of $35.00 USD.

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Once your order has been shipped, you will received an email containing your tracking information if available.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will require you to submit an additional $35.00 USD for re-shipment of your order.
